Excel allows users to enter, import, analyze and track data and to use the data to generate charts and graphs, create preformatted templates — even output the data to the Web.

Description:

Microsoft Office is a comprehensive software package for common business tasks, including word processing, e-mail, presentations, data management and analysis, forms management, and much more.

The Microsoft Office 2003 Professional suite starts with the same package as Office Standard: Microsoft Word, a full-featured word processor; Microsoft Excel, a spreadsheet program; Microsoft PowerPoint, a presentation program; and Microsoft Outlook, a mail and personal information manager.

Office Professional adds three programs: Microsoft Publisher, to create documents for print and Web; Microsoft Access, a database program; and Microsoft InfoPath, to manage forms-based data.

Built on shared technologies, with particular emphasis on consistency in function and style, the Office programs also take great advantage of the new communication and collaboration tools – including support for Extensible Markup Language (XML).

The installation media for the English/Multilanguage version include CD-ROMs for the basic English-language installation and additional CD-ROMs that can be used to install one or more additional language interfaces. The additional CD-ROMs are called a MUI pack.

Installing this product requires a licence key and installation media. Within 14 days of placing your order, instructions for obtaining the licence key will be sent to your organisation's registered e-mail address and free installation media will be delivered to your organisation's registered address.

OneNote 2007

OneNote 2007 (Includes Software Assurance)

The OneNote 2007 note-taking software application can help workers capture, organize, and reuse information across their organization. They can gather and store many types of content, such as typed documents, hand-drawn sketches, and audio clips. All of this content can be custom-indexed — by names, dates, departments, priority, or other criteria. OneNote information can then become the basis of other projects — from reports to speeches — and can easily be shared among team members. The 2007 version adds more than 20 features. Among them are the ability to search for spoken words within audio and video recordings, the ability to create internal and external hyperlinks in notebooks, the ability to create tables, and the ability to print external documents to OneNote. Installing this product requires a license key and installation media. If you don't already have it, please request the free installation media when prompted during checkout. No physical product will be sent unless you request the installation media. After your order is processed, instructions for obtaining the license key will be sent to your organization email address.
